Bob Bollinger originally formed his own law firm in 1999, after practicing law for 11 years as the employee of another firm. Bob has practiced law in Charlotte since he passed the bar exam in the summer of 1988. We've found that our clients truly appreciate the time and effort we put into every aspect of their legal needs. We're here to help you with estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, Social Security, and workers' compensation.
Our lawyers begin by sitting down with you in a private meeting. We will ask you many questions and discuss everything. In our Estate Planning and Elder Law/Special Needs practice, we charge a "flat fee" whenever possible. There is no danger of a runaway bill. We will quote our flat fees during the first office conference, and we do require that either the full fee or a substantial deposit be paid before we draft the planning documents.
Bob graduated from UNC-Charlotte and the Campbell University School of Law. He has practiced law in Charlotte since 1988 and has a broad base of experience. Although his reputation in recent years has been built in workers' compensation, he has provided estate planning services to clients throughout his career. Bob has a disabled child and is keenly aware of Special Needs Planning.
Our firm represents individuals, not corporations, and our goal is to provide excellent service at an affordable price. You will always meet with a lawyer at our firm, and our lawyers do the legal work for our clients.
